How fast is shipping, and what does it cost?
Shipping is free on every order – no minimum. Orders are packed within 1–2 business days and arrive in 3–7 business days in the US, with tracking sent by email.
What if I change my mind?
You have 30 days from delivery to return anything unused, in its original packaging. Email us for a return authorization and we refund your original payment method within 5 business days of arrival.
Will it actually fit my space?
Every listing shows exact dimensions and weight, with a dimension diagram drawn to scale. Measure your shelf, rail or drawer once – our numbers are the ones you can trust.
Are the materials safe at home?
Yes. We use BPA-free PET containers, food-grade silicone gaskets, natural bamboo and cedar, and 80 gsm non-woven fabrics. No chemical odor, no drama – check each product’s specification panel for details.
How do pack tiers work?
Many products come in pack sizes – 20 to 100 hangers, 1 to 5 vacuum bags. The bigger the pack, the lower the price per piece. Pick your color and pack above; the price updates automatically.
Which payment methods do you accept?
PayPal and all major cards through a secure checkout. Your payment details go straight to the processor – we never see or store card numbers.
