These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order you accept these terms.
2. Products
We describe every product as accurately as possible and publish exact dimensions and weights. Colors may vary slightly between screens. Product illustrations include dimension diagrams; where a drawing and the written specification differ, the written specification applies.
3. Pricing and payment
All prices are in US dollars and include no hidden fees – shipping is free. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. We accept PayPal and major cards. In the rare case of a pricing error we will contact you before charging or will cancel and fully refund the affected order.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send the shipping confirmation. We may decline orders that appear fraudulent or cannot be fulfilled, with a full refund of any payment taken.
5. Delivery
Orders ship within 1-2 business days; US delivery typically takes 3-7 business days. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Full details are on our Shipping page.
6. Returns and refunds
You may return unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery – see our Refund Policy for the step-by-step process. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by our negligence.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
