Carriers and addresses
We ship with major national carriers from our warehouse. PO boxes are served where the carrier supports them. Please double-check your address at checkout – we ship exactly what you enter.
Missing or late parcels
If your tracking has not updated for 5 business days, or the parcel arrived damaged, contact us with your order number. We trace the parcel with the carrier and reship if needed.
