30-day returns, no hassle
We want your home to feel better with Stowwick in it. If a product does not work out, return it within 30 days of delivery.
How to return
- Email bengbufengtai1900@163.com with your order number and the reason – a photo helps for damaged or incorrect items.
- We reply with return instructions, usually within one business day.
- Pack the item unused, in its original packaging with all parts included.
Refunds
Once the return arrives and passes inspection, we refund the original payment method within 5 business days. Because shipping is free on every order, refunds cover the full product price.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If something arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We ship a replacement or issue a full refund – your choice – and you do not need to pay return shipping.
Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, opened personal-care items (such as used toiletry bottles) cannot be returned unless defective. Products damaged by misuse are not eligible, but we are always happy to advise on proper use.
